Racy HIV Ad Allowed to Air in New Zealand

The commercial below had been rejected by a lot of televisions stations around New Zealand for being too over the top.
Now, the country’s Advertising Standards Authority has ruled that the ad is acceptable because it carries an important health message.
What did the TV stations not like? A lot. Why? We don’t know!
